As a kid, I loved to dance. I wanted to be a ballerina. I devoted everything to this pursuit. I was disciplined to find mastery of the body - with a very pigeon-holed idea about what that should and would look like. Fast forward a few years and I find myself struggling to maintain the rigorous training routine because of nagging injuries that I could just not seem to shift. With much frustration and very little awareness I started listen to my body and my sub-conscious ~ A path that inevitably lead me Kinesiology, Jungian Analytics, Meditation, and the Transpersonal. These frameworks gave me a pretty solid understanding and respect for the wisdom of the body from an intellectual perspective BUT it wasn’t until I found Somatics and authentic Body-Led movement that I unlocked the portal of experience that changed my life. This deepening invited me to finally move into a space where I could access mastery with the body. When mind, body, spirit, source and soul find union there’s no other choice but to walk the path of freedom. That path that led me here - the Lucid Beyond.

I owe this offering to a very many teachings, practises and philosophies that have weaved their way into my unfolding. What you receive is a coming together of my studies in Dance, Movement, Somatics, Visual Communication, Colour Therapy, Transpersonal Counselling and Guidance, Jungian Analysis, Meditation, Eastern Mysticism, Herbalism, Astrology, Vibrational Medicine, Quantum Healing and Energetics.
